Chopsticks Training Program
I have been teaching the art of using chopsticks for over 30 years. There is no wrong way of using chopsticks. If you are able to pick up food with your chopsticks, you are using chopsticks correctly! I teach the traditional chopsticks holding method, sometimes known as the Standard Grip, to those who are interested in learning the art and technique. Steps 1-4 of the training program teach the Standard Grip. Steps 5-7 teach advanced techniques, strength exercises, and imprint muscle and pressure point memories with the aid of training chopsticks. The training chopsticks are known as Kung Fu Chopsticks™. At this time my classes are conducted in-person only. I have created this website to expand my classes online, but as you can see this is still a work in progress. So, please stay tuned!
